Significance and Celebration of "Teachers' Day"

"5th September" celebrates as Teachers' Day.It is celebrating the importance of the birthday of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan.
He was a staunch believer of education and was one of the most well-known diplomat and scholar leader of India. He thought that "teachers should be the best minds in the country".

In 1962, Dr. Radhakrishnan became the president of India.He was approached by some of his students and friends and they requested him to allow celebrate "5th September", his birthday. but Dr. Radhakrishna said, "Instead of celebrating my birthday separately, it would be a proud privilege for him if September 5th is observed as Teachers' Day". Henceforth, the day has been celebrates as Teachers' Day in India and this prompted its beginning.

Teachers' Day is the beautiful occasion to invest best time with your teachers and it is the day to celebrated the profession of teaching and everyone  allied with it. Teachers' Day is the day when students organize activities and cultural programs, to honor and appreciate their teachers, so as to focus on bringing teachers and students closer. Moreover, it is the day that is highlight the hard work put up by the teacher all year long. It is a day also which is a complete tribute to the teachers all over India.

In students life, Teachers' Day has play a great role. It is not to say wrong that they are the people who could create generations altogether. In other world, they are in some way the builder of our nation as they are exposed to a mass of students who are the future citizens of our country. In addition, instructors must rouse them to incorporate with incredible character and shape them to add to the general public by being upstanding natives of our country.

Thus, we can say that Teachers'Day is a day of all the hard work , struggles, sacrifice and tolerance put up by the teachers, it is indeed a day to show gratitude, and a day of great opportunity for all of us to make our teachers feel special on this day which is a day for all teachers.
